Refund policy

1. Return Window & Eligibility

  • Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags, certificates, and jewelry pouch intact.

2. Non‑Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange (except in the case of manufacturing defects):

  • Personalized or engraved pieces

  • Sale / discount items

  • Imperfect / outlet collections

  • Earrings, due to hygiene protocols

  • Gift cards or store credits

3. Sale / Discount Terms

  • No two coupon codes can be combined in a single purchase. The application of any promotional code is at the discretion of Tasora management.

  • Products purchased during any sale or promotional period (including flash sales, festive discounts, or limited-time offers) are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

  • Prices during sales are final. No partial refunds or price adjustments will be made for previously purchased items if prices are reduced later.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Faulty or damaged goods discovered within 7 days of delivery are eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • Customers must provide photo or video proof of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • Tasora will coordinate pickup and delivery at no extra charge if the fault is confirmed.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability and can be requested for:

  • The same design in a different size, finish, or metal tone

  • A different product of equal or higher value (price difference applicable)
  • To ensure smooth service, we recommend initiating exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.

  • Once we receive and inspect the original item, we will promptly process the exchange.

  • Multiple exchange requests on the same order may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on stock and condition.

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.

  • Expect your refund to be credited to your original payment method or wallet, as per your preference, within 7–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees (if any applicable) are non‑refundable.

  • For international orders, customs duties and return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.

7. Return Procedure

  • Email customercare@tasora.in with your order number, reason for return, and images (if applicable).
  • Once approved, a Return Authorization (RA) number and pickup details will be shared.
  • Our delivery agent will arrive at your address to collect the package.
  • Ensure the item is securely packed in original packaging.
  • Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, Tasora will issue a refund or process your exchange and share confirmation.
  • For approved returns, the replacement product will be dispatched and delivered within 7–10 business days. Early delivery or delays may occur due to logistics or product availability.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.

  • Once shipped, the standard return/exchange policy applies.

  • Tasora reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspicious activity.
